To move to the new technologies for easier maintainability, conversion projects (using automated tools or by manual mode) have gained acceptance in the Industry.

Enterprise Generation Language (EGL) is a Fourth Generation Language from IBM. A structured programming approach, it supports rapid and simplified development of applications complying with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). The EGL code can be generated in Java or COBOL which makes it platform independent.

The EAI team at KBC has a huge amount of integration work to be executed for the various KBC ICT departments every year and has identified ValueSource as a potential off shoring partner.
