What is special about RBD/EGL ?.

	EGL language provides a simpler, more productive way to write cross-platform, network-enabled business solutions for distributed computing environments.
	A simple, robust, unified approach to end-to-end construction of application and services that shields developers from intricacies of runtimes and middleware
	EGL achieves platform independence not through a Virtual Machine or interpreter, but through compiling EGL program specifications into the languages that provide support for the desired runtime platform. In particular, IBM Rational has delivered deployment options via compilation of EGL into Java, COBOL, and most recently the JavaScript that supports Web 2.0 applications.
	EGL is easy to learn, whether your background is procedural or object oriented programming.
	Rational Business Developer is an Integrated development environment (IDE) developed by the IBM Rational Software division that provides Eclipse based tools for development of cross platform applications and services using the EGL Language.

Performance Evaluation:
We give opportunities for employees to get regular feedback. Our policy is to reward employees at the right time. We also have performance improvement plans for those who are not contributing to our level of expectation and so give them ample opportunity to improve their performance.
